Green Building in Chapel Hill?

There's been a lot of discussion in Chapel Hill recently about the proposed Greenbridge development, which would have LEED Gold status. The project has been endorsed by the Orange/Chatham Group of the Sierra Club. Last week OCG Conservation Chair Judith Ferster and I both spoke in support of the project at a public hearing of the Chapel Hill Town Council.

I think it's a really exciting project. Are there any green building success stories the Sierra Club should know about in your local community?
