Some good leadership from Mayor Meeker

Raleigh is a boom town and that means all the construction occurring is producing a lot of trash.

Most of it is ending up in the landfill.

Raleigh Mayor Charles Meeker thinks there needs to be a plan for recycling that stuff.

And he's right.
